Most recharges are processed instantly. However, in some cases, it might take up to 15 minutes depending on the operator and payment method. If your recharge hasn't been processed within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

We currently support all major mobile operators in the UAE:

  • Etisalat
  • Du
  • Virgin Mobile
  • BOTIM

We're continuously working to add more operators to our platform.

We accept various payment methods including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank Transfers
  • UAE Digital Payment Apps

All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

If your recharge fails:

  1. The amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
  2. You can track the refund status in your account dashboard
  3. For immediate assistance, contact our support team

Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

You can track your recharge history in several ways:

  1. Log in to your QuickCharge account
  2. Go to the "Transaction History" section
  3. View detailed information about each recharge

You can also download transaction statements for your records.

Yes, you can set up recurring recharges:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "Auto Recharge Settings"
  3. Select your preferred:
    • Recharge amount
    • Frequency (monthly, weekly, etc.)
    • Payment method

You can modify or cancel recurring recharges at any time.
